As an independent arbitrator, mediator, attorney, and consultant, I’m available to help at a time when there is conflict, transition, or challenging projects. With a 20 year legal career and time as an executive director, I stepped into this role because I like working in the challenging spaces.

I have years of experience litigating, problem solving, working with people in crisis, assessing all sides of issues, and making the hard decisions, especially in the areas of labor, employment, agency, and nonprofits. Throughout that experience, I’ve earned the reputation of being direct and transparent, creative and strategic, hard-working, trauma-informed, always learning, detail and goal-oriented, and always prepared.
